These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SalonERP platform operated by Van Iersel Development ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using SalonERP, you agree to these Terms.
SalonERP is a cloud-based salon management platform that provides online booking, point of sale, client management, inventory, reporting and related tools. The service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) accessible via web browser and mobile application.
To use SalonERP, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

SalonERP offers three plans: Free (€0/month), Starter (€29/month) and Pro (€59/month). Each plan has different feature limits and staff/booking quotas as described on our pricing page.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, you may choose a paid plan or continue with the Free plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are in euros and exclusive of applicable VAT. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring timely payment.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except within the first 30 days (see our refund policy).
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SalonERP, including client information, booking records, inventory data and financial records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features (CSV, JSON) or by requesting a full data export via the GDPR settings page.
You grant us a limited license to process, store and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the SalonERP service to you.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the SalonERP platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via in-app notifications.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security updates or in cases of force majeure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalonERP and Van Iersel Development shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The SalonERP platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks and documentation, is the intellectual property of Van Iersel Development. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and/or in-app notification. Continued use of SalonERP after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of SalonERP shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
